By submitting your picture and signing below, you agree to the terms listed below.

• You warrant that the photo(s) submitted are your own and original photo and your photo does not violate or infringe the rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights or rights of privacy, of any third party.

• Any photo(s) submitted constitutes participation in the contest and grants Chase Hatchery all rights to edit, publish, copy, display, and use the photo for any promotional purpose, without further compensation or permission. We will attempt to give photo credit if your photo is used, however, such photo credit is not guaranteed.

• The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years and older.
