Light Brahma
The Light Brahma is a stunning, gentle giant known for its calm personality, impressive size, and elegant coloring. With their bright white bodies, contrasting black laced neck and tail feathers, and signature feathered legs and feet, Light Brahmas bring both beauty and charm to any flock.
Despite their large size, Light Brahmas are incredibly friendly, quiet, and docile, making them ideal for families, beginners, and peaceful backyard flocks. They are exceptionally cold-hardy thanks to their dense feathering, and they often continue laying when many breeds slow down in winter. Hens typically produce 150–200 medium to large brown eggs per year and are known for being steady, reliable layers.
Light Brahmas grow more slowly than some breeds, but their striking appearance, sweet nature, and hardy constitution make them a rewarding choice for keepers who want a gentle, eye-catching bird.

PICKUP POLICY
Chick orders at our Stansbury location are available for pickup on Saturdays. While we make every effort to fulfill your preferred pickup date, please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be ready on that specific day. Once your pickup date is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
The Friday before your scheduled pickup, we will send a second confirmation email that includes your final order details, verification that your chicks hatched as expected, and any additional pickup instructions.
All orders must be picked up on the Saturday they are scheduled. Orders not picked up on their scheduled date are considered abandoned and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If your order includes a shortage (a breed that did not hatch as expected), the remaining chicks on your order must still be picked up as scheduled. For any chicks unavailable due to a hatch shortage, you may choose one of the following options at pickup:

Replace the shortage with chicks currently in stock, or

Move the unavailable chicks to a future pickup date.
There is no guarantee of mortality or morbidity once the poultry leaves our store. Please carefully check your chicks before you leave.
